Начало проектирования чистых помещений

1.Создание проекта начинается с разработки технического задания (задания на проектирование) на проектирование и строительство чистого помещения, в котором описаны и поставлены цель и назначения помещения и работы предприятия. Как правило, техническое задание проекта разрабатывается заказчиком работ, при участии специалистов компании. В техническом задании устанавливаются основные концептуальные, технические и функциональные параметры проектируемого производственного участка, основные технико-экономические показатели, различные предписания по соблюдению требований на различных стадиях и этапах создания проектной документации. После согласования технического задания, создается концептуальный проект. Концептуальный проект в общем смысле представляет из себя набор планировочных решений с зонированием комплекса «чистых» помещений на функциональные модули. На стадии концептуальный проект создается общий план производственных зон, архитектурных решений, подбирается оборудование.

The terms of reference establish the main conceptual, technical and functional parameters of the designed production site, the main technical and economic indicators, various requirements for compliance with the requirements at various stages and stages of creating project documentation. After agreeing on the terms of reference, a conceptual design is created. The conceptual project in the general sense is a set of planning solutions with the zoning of the "clean" premises complex into functional modules. At the conceptual design stage, a general plan of production areas, architectural solutions is created, equipment is selected. 

2.Следующий этап проектирования - разработка проектной документации. Это самая объёмная часть разработки проекта, техническое воплощение будущего производства, дающее представление о том, какую «чистую» производственную зону планируется построить. На данном этапе проектирования в отдельных разделах проектирования (регламентированных нормативными документами) собирается информация по архитектурным, конструктивным и объёмно-планировочным решениям, данным об инженерном оборудовании и сетях обеспечения, включая системы тепло- электро-, водоснабжения и водоотведения. Отдельным разделом представлена сметная документация.

A separate section presents the estimate documentation. 

3.Завершающий этап проектирования - разработка рабочей документации. Здесь представлен процесс прикладной реализации проектируемого производства, детализируются инженерные решения. Для всех разделов составляются локальные сметы, готовятся спецификации, прорабатываются узлы. На данном этапе проектирования формируется пакет проектной документаций, достаточный для того, чтобы подрядчик мог организовать бесперебойный процесс строительно-монтажных работ. Состав рабочей документации регламентируется в государственных стандартах, но может быть уточнён по соглашению сторон.

The final design stage is the development of working documentation. Here the process of applied implementation of the designed production is presented, engineering solutions are detailed. For all sections, local estimates are compiled, specifications are prepared, nodes are being worked out. At this design stage, a package of design documentation is formed that is sufficient for the contractor to organize an uninterrupted process of construction and installation work. The composition of the working documentation is regulated in state standards, but can be specified by agreement of the parties.
